Hi, my name is Jenny. I’m a disabled mom living in rural Arkansas with my 15-year-old son, who is handicapped.
Life has never been easy for us, but we’ve always faced each day with faith and love. I do my best to take care of my son and keep our small home safe and peaceful, even with my own health challenges. Unfortunately, that peace was shattered recently when our house vandalized in a DV situation.
The damage to our home, broken things that are hard for us to replace, and left us feeling scared and violated in the one place that should feel safe. Because we live in a rural area, response times are longer and security options are limited. As a disabled mom caring for a handicapped teenager, this has been incredibly overwhelming—both emotionally and financially.
We need help with:
Repairing the damage to our home (doors, windows, and other broken areas)
Replacing essential items that were damaged ,Adding basic security measures so we can feel safe again (locks, cameras, lighting, etc.)
Covering any unexpected costs this has created while I focus on caring for my son
Any donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward making our home safe and livable again. Even $5 or $10 helps more than you know. If you can’t donate, please share our story so it reaches people who might be able to help.
We are grateful for every prayer, every share, and every bit of kindness. Thank you for taking the time to read our story. With your support, we can move forward and focus on healing instead of fear.
God bless,
Jenny & Ethan ❤️
