Many of us are still processing the loss of Jenn Klaus. She wasn't just a coworker—she was a friend, a bright light, and someone who genuinely cared about the people around her. Jenn was often the first to volunteer, offer a helping hand, or make someone feel seen with a kind word or compliment. She had a way of making others feel important.

What many may not know is that Jenn and her husband Shawn have faced more than their share of challenges over the years. They have been together since high school and have stood by each other's side through difficult times, including several recent years of very serious health struggles between them to include Jenn's own battle with a very aggressive form of cancer. Through it all, she continued to show up with strength, grace, and the same warm smile.

Behind that smile, however, was the reality of mounting medical expenses for both Jenn and Shawn; financial burdens including moving closer to her elderly Mom to assist as she aged. Jenn and her husband were managing those challenges together, but now, with Jenn's passing the family is facing a difficult financial road ahead.
