A dear friend is in need of your help.

In the early morning hours of July 7th, a tragic fire destroyed the 100-year-old home of our beloved friend and colleague, Jennifer Bottger-Smiley. She lost everything in the blaze, including cherished memories and essential belongings. Thankfully, no one (and not one cat) was injured, but the road to recovery will be long and challenging.

We are raising funds to help Jennifer cover needs such as temporary housing, clothing, food, and eventually rebuilding her home. It has been estimated that she will be without a home for at least a year during the rebuild. Any contribution, no matter how small, will be appreciated and will make a significant difference in her life.

As many of you know, Jennifer is always there for others, offering a helping hand and a kind word in times of need. Now, it's our turn to support her.
