Jennifer Lopez is one of my very close friends, and she’s always been the kind of person who puts others first. As a loving preschool teacher, Jen has touched the lives of so many children and families in our community. Now, she’s facing a challenge that none of us could have expected. Jen was recently diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis, which can be a little similar to multiple sclerosis and is currently in the hospital. The news has been overwhelming for her and her family, and they’re struggling to come to terms with what this means for their future. On top of the emotional toll, Jen is facing mounting hospital bills and, because she’s unable to work, she’s losing the income she relies on to pay her regular expenses. The uncertainty and fear are very real for Jen and her loved ones right now. That’s why I’m reaching out to our community for help. The funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward Jen’s living expenses and medical costs, giving her and her family some much-needed relief as they navigate this difficult time. Jen has always been there for her friends, and I know she would be the first to help someone in need.
