Support For Jennifer Harris’s Healing and Recovery

Jennifer Harris was airlifted to Harborview trauma center with multiple serious injuries. Including 6 broken ribs, a broken neck, a huge gash on her side, a broken eye socket, a really bad head wound, a broken nasal cavity, also she is covered with several really bad road rashes and several lacerations. She has had multiple surgery’s on her neck, head and other wounds. 

It’s gonna be a really long and hard road to recovery. A lot of physical therapy and hard work to get her up and going. It’s gonna be a lot of back and forth to Seattle for my family. If you could help even a little I would appreciate it. 

My mom and I were both driving on Blewett in our separate cars. I was headed back to Ellensburg and she was headed to Seattle. We pulled over at the Ellensburg exit to hug and say 'I love you' and 'goodbye'. She got back in her car and went to the stop sign to get back on Blewett and I headed straight for Ellensburg.

When she turned out, she didn’t see the semi coming and he swerved to try to miss her but clipped her front. It sent her spinning and she wasn’t wearing a seatbelt. When he clipped her, it bent the door enough that she was thrown out of it when the car was spinning. If I had just turned around and looked in my rear view, I would have seen it happen.
