Jennifer Davis is my best friend, and her children, Brayden (Bubs) and Maya, are like family to me. Recently, their lives were turned upside down when Brayden became the victim of shaken baby syndrome at the hands of his daycare provider. This traumatic event has deeply affected both children and changed their family’s world.

Since that day, Jennifer and her husband, Brian, have been doing everything they can to care for their kids. Brayden now needs constant medical attention, including therapies, special medical equipment, and visits to specialists and doctors. Maya also needs extra support to heal and move forward from this difficult time.
