Support for Jenna & the Gensits Family

On Thursday, August 12th, our beautiful friends, Bryan, Sheila, Jake and Jenna Gensits, were enjoying a family vacation in St. Pete Beach, Florida. Bryan and his 16-year-old daughter, Jenna, were walking to grab a pizza when lightning struck. Jenna was hit directly and Bryan was in the proximity. Thankfully, Bryan was by Jenna's side immediately performing lifesaving measures for his daughter.

Bryan was released from the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Jenna was transported to the St. Joseph's Children's hospital in Tampa where she remains in the intensive care unit. The power of prayer and positive thinking brings the family good news each day.

Jenna's recovery will continue in Florida until she is stable enough to be transported back to Pennsylvania. Sheila, Bryan and Jake will remain in Florida with Jenna.

So many friends and family have offered to help so we decided to create the GoFundMe. Our goal is to reduce the family's stress by helping with hotel, food, and any other travel/medical expenses while so far from home. We want them to only focus on Jenna's recovery and getting her back home.
