Our beloved Jeffrey Cox, age 36, was unexpectedly called home to Heaven on Wednesday, November 5th, 2025. Born on December 6th, 1988, in Covington, Louisiana, Jeffrey touched countless lives with his warmth, laughter, and kindness.

He is survived by his loving children, Christian Cox and Scarlett Cox, and his devoted wife, Johnni Peterman. Jeffrey also leaves behind his parents, Dana Duczer and Albert Crawford, and his siblings, Brandi Duczer, Jennifer Matherne Chasity Walters, and Dwayne Crawford, he was welcomed with open arms by his little brother Timothy Duczer.

There are simply no words to truly capture who Jeffrey was. If you had the privilege of knowing him, you know how deeply blessed you were. Jeffrey’s laugh was contagious, his heart was pure, and he always put others before himself. Whether he was working on a home project, playing ball at the ballpark, or spending time with his children, he brought light and love wherever he went.

As someone who never hesitated to lend a helping hand to anyone in need, it’s now our turn to return that same kindness and support to his family. His loved ones are facing unimaginable loss, and we’re asking for your help—through donations, prayers, and shares—to ease their financial burdens during this difficult time.
