Last year Jeff had a major stroke that caused extensive damage to his brain. Since the stroke Jeff has fought a hard battle but the damage is just too much for him to overcome. Last week Jeff's condition started to rapidly deteriorate and the doctors have given him 2 weeks to live.  To aid in preparation for final arrangements and other expenses I ask that anyone able to give please do so to help his family during this very difficult time.
