There are some things you’re never prepared to write, and this is one of them. Thirty-five is far too young to say goodbye. Thirty-five, with a husband who has loved you unconditionally, and children who need you without question, it feels impossible. Add a mother and four older brothers who adore you, and a family so large and close-knit it feels endless—the weight of this loss becomes unimaginable.
Losing you, just you, sweet, always a little spicy Maggie, the one with an RBF that could silence the masses and a smile that could light up any room… it is more than any of us can grasp. You were more loved, more treasured, more impactful than you ever could have known.
We are creating this GoFundMe to support Maggie’s husband, Jeff, and their two sweet babes as they face the unimaginable—life without her. From a young age, Maggie has faced many trials and tribulations, each one she overcame. Her untimely death leaves so many questions unanswered. Alongside the deep grief and the long road of healing ahead, there is also the practical reality of losing a stay-at-home mom who held so much together.
Childcare costs, household needs, and the many unexpected expenses that come with such a sudden and heartbreaking loss add up quickly. We feel helpless and wish we could do more, but we hope this can help ease even a small part of the financial burden they now face.
If you’re unable to give financially, we ask that you hold this family close in your prayers, send healing thoughts, and lift them up with whatever love, strength, and support you can. Jeff and the kids will need it as they move through the hours, days, weeks, months, and years ahead—carrying both their grief and Maggie’s memory.
