He faced five hospitalizations, battling severe infections and a relentless fungus in his chest incision. His journey included being intubated twice, the second time due to double pneumonia, all while enduring constant, horrific pain.

Jack lived with incredible strength and determination, always dreaming of returning home, where he belonged. Tragically, despite his fight, Jack has passed away, leaving a void that cannot be filled. Jeanie is now left navigating this devastating loss while struggling to cope with the overwhelming expenses that have arisen during this time.

Jeanie has been unable to work for the past six months due to Jack's hospitalizations, which has added to the financial strain. I understand that asking for help can feel uncomfortable, but I know that Jack would have done the same for anyone in need.
