My brother Jay was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer just three months ago, and since then his health has declined rapidly. Our family is doing everything we can to support him during this incredibly difficult time. My father has had to move to South Carolina to care for Jay, as the only other person there is my mother, who is living with dementia. This has placed a huge emotional and financial strain on all of us.

We are reaching out for help to cover the many expenses we’re facing. These include the costs of my father renting an Air bnb in South Carolina to be with Jay, as well as the expenses involved in moving my mother back to Delaware where she can be better supported. We are also preparing for the costs of Jay’s cremation and other end-of-life needs. Our family wants to make sure Jay is cared for with dignity and that my parents have the support they need during this time.
