Javier, my brother-in-law, was taken into ICE custody this morning. Our family is devastated, and we are facing a situation we sadly know all too well. Last September, Angel—another brother-in-law—was detained, and the outpouring of support from our community gave us hope and strength. We felt your prayers, your generosity, and your kindness, and it made a world of difference during a very difficult time.
