Just before Christmas, after many tests and doctor's appointments, Jasper was diagnosed with ALS (Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) also known as Lou Gehrig's disease, a progressive nervous system disease that affects the nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord, causing loss of muscle control.

Unfortunately, time is critical with ALS.

We are looking to raise funds to support Jasper to get to Germany for a 4 week treatment and stem cell therapy application as soon as possible. Although it may not be a cure, it may help to halt or slow the progression of the disease so quality of life can be preserved.

This 4 week treatment in Germany will cost $40,000 CAD plus he will have costs of travel, accommodations etc.

We are looking to raise at least half that amount to help get him the treatment he desperately needs and deserves.
