Jasmine lost her 13 year old son Jermel in a tragic accident last weekend. He was an amazing young man who loved his family, sports, and friends. He was an honor roll student and deeply loved by all his teachers and his principal. The loss has devastated his family and community.

Jermel's energetic spirit influenced so many of his peers and everyone who knew him. Jasmine would like to continue to honor that spirit and preserve his legacy. A candlelight memorial service is planned at Little Knights football field this Friday, May 17. Ultimately, Jasmine wishes to establish a Boys and Girls Club in her community in his name.

Any amount of support during this difficult time will help Jasmine and her family honor Jermel and help lighten some of the heaviness of their grief.
