My name is Christian Thomas, and this GoFundMe is for my daughter Jasmin Thomas, who passed away on her Make-A-Wish trip to Disney World on the 29th of July.

Jasmin was diagnosed with Epilepsy at 3 months old and has had seizures ranging from daily to weekly ever since depending on exaberations environmetally, physically or medically. At 7 years old, at her time of passing, she was taking 4 Epilepsy medications daily, multiple supplements for her medically directed ketogenic diet, was non-verbal due to her Autism, had trouble with walking, was in multiple therapies to help with her speech and daily tasks, and already had a major surgery to implant a device in her chest to help manage her seizures.

I started this fund to help with costs associated with her passing and honoring her memory.
