Jami is my daughter, and she has always been the kind of person who puts others first. With a big heart and a generous spirit, she’s the one friends and family turn to in times of need. Recently, our world was turned upside down when Jami was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer. The news has been devastating, but Jami’s courage and positivity have been truly inspiring. Even as she faces this difficult journey, she remains hopeful and determined to fight.

The diagnosis has brought not only emotional challenges but also financial ones. Jami’s job has been reduced to just 2-3 days a week, and she is responsible for paying her own car and medical insurance, along with all her other expenses. The costs of treatment, travel for care, and everyday living are quickly adding up. As she begins chemotherapy, with surgery and radiation to follow, the road ahead will be long and difficult—lasting at least a year.
