Jamesse is a beautiful, funny, and resilient single mother to a wonderful 7-year-old. She has always been the kind of person who brings laughter and light to those around her, even in the toughest times. Recently, Jamesse was diagnosed with breast cancer, and while she is bravely facing the ups and downs of treatment, the journey has brought significant challenges to her and her family.
As Jamesse navigates her cancer treatment, she has had to make difficult choices about work. She went from working full time to part time to manage her health, but the financial strain became too much, so she returned to full time. Despite her determination, there are days when chemo or the effects of cancer force her to miss work, making it even harder to keep up with rent, bills, and daily essentials. With the holidays approaching, the pressure to provide for her child and maintain a sense of normalcy is even greater.
We are reaching out for support to help Jamesse and her child through this difficult time. Any gesture, big or small, will make a difference—whether it’s helping cover a missed day of work, keeping the lights on, or making sure there’s a little extra joy for Christmas. Thank you for your heartfelt condolences and kindness so far. Jamesse doesn’t know I’m doing this for her, because she would insist she’ll be fine. But as we all know, being fine doesn’t pay the bills or put food on the table. Your support means the world to us, and we are deeply grateful for any help you can offer.
