Hi everyone, I don’t usually share things like this about me, and I know many of you have supported our family in the past, especially during Luke’s health journey!

I’ve always tried to handle things as best as I can, but this has been a particularly difficult stretch for us...

Over the last couple of weeks, our family has been hit with multiple medical challenges.

My daughter recently underwent a heart procedure, and shortly before and after, I experienced an unexpected hospitalization myself due to a TIA ("mini stroke"), a heart procedure myself and a spinal tap that is now having complications...

I’m currently recovering and not yet cleared to return to work. Because of this, we’re facing a temporary gap in income while still needing to cover our basic expenses.

My focus right now is on my healing, my daughter's healing and taking care of my kids, but the financial side of things has become overwhelming in the meantime.

This fundraiser is meant to help us get through the next 8–10 weeks while I recover and work toward getting back on my feet... We do not qualify for any type of aid, job protection for myself or disability which has forced me to open up and be vulnerable with you all...

Funds will go toward essential bills like Rent, Utilities, Auto insurance (we have to maintain this for Sam to keep his job), and everyday necessities for my kids like groceries and gas. If you would like to pay a bill directly - please contact me!!!

We are now currently behind all our bills by about 2 months...
