Support for Jake Neale's funeral

Hello all, our lovely Jake has passed away and we are now facing the practicalities of a funeral and all it entails. We would like to give him a good send off and celebrate his life as best we can. We are therefore setting this up for friends and family to give a small donation to his funeral costs.
