Support for Jacob Woolard’s Baby Bear & wife Janie
In the early morning hours of Jan. 27, 2020, Jacob Daniel Woolard (30 yo) suffered a massive & fatal heart attack.
He had come home from work telling his wife, Janie (26yo) that he wasn’t feeling well; typical cold symptoms. Both Janie & their daughter, June (2yo), AKA Baby Bear, had been sick as well. Around 730pm, Baby Bear came up to be with daddy before bed. They snuggled in bed and watched Elmo’s world, June’s favorite. They said their goodnights and June went to bed at 830pm.
At 930pm, Janie came up to check on Jake. He said he was feeling feverish and joked that he had the conovirus. They laughed. Janie went downstairs, where she fell asleep watching TV. At 2am, Janie went back upstairs to bed. When she walked in the room, she saw he lying horizontally in the bed with his feet on the floor. Thinking that is a weird way to sleep, she turned on the light to find him pulse less and cold.
The purpose of this funded raiser is to assist Janie & June during this difficult time. Janie has taken a leave of absence from work and will be going to Juneau, AK to be with her mom, step-dad, sister and friends. The monies will be used for immediate financial needs as well as to help get reestablished. If able, Janie, would also like set aside funds for June’s future - extra curricular activities, college, wedding etc.
