It is with broken hearts that we share the passing of Jace Timothy Patrick on March 13th 2026.

Jace fought a courageous battle from the very beginning. Through countless medical challenges, and procedures, he showed a strength far beyond his years. Those who followed his journey witnessed a little boy who never stopped fighting and a family who never stopped loving, hoping, and praying for miracles.

While Jace’s time on earth was far too short, his life made a profound impact on everyone who knew his story. His bravery, the faith of his family, and the many small miracles along the way touched the hearts of so many people.

During Jace’s fight, the medical expenses grew far beyond what insurance would cover. Now, as they face the unimaginable grief of losing their sweet boy, they are also facing the heavy financial burden left behind from his medical care and final expenses.
