Shamya is creating this fundraiser in loving memory of Jabreil Strowder, a deeply loved person whose life was taken far too soon by gun violence. This loss has left family, friends, and everyone who cared about Jabreil heartbroken and struggling to process such a devastating tragedy. On top of the emotional pain, Jabreil’s loved ones are now facing the difficult burden of making funeral arrangements while also trying to care for the children Jabreil has left behind.
