My youngest brother, Jabes Adan Gurrola, was a young man without any addictions. He was always a good person—noble, intelligent, and always making us laugh. His presence brought so much joy and light to our family, and his loss has left a deep void in our hearts. Jabes was the kind of person who would go out of his way to help others, and he always put his family first. We will always remember his kindness, his sense of humor, and the love he shared with everyone around him.

Tragically, Jabes was involved in a shooting homicide, and our family is now facing the overwhelming challenge of covering his funeral expenses. We want to honor his memory and give him the farewell he deserves, but the costs are more than we can manage on our own. The pain of losing him is made even harder by the financial burden we are experiencing.
