Friday, May 1st Update - From the bottom of our hearts, thank you — to every single person who has taken the time to visit this page and contribute, and to everyone who is not in a position to give but is holding our family in their thoughts and prayers. Your kindness means more than words can express.
It is truly humbling to receive such an outpouring of love and support from family, friends, teammates, parents, coaches, teachers, the Real Salt Lake and RSL AZ community, and so many others who have shown up for us during this incredibly difficult time. We will carry this with us always, and when the time comes, we will absolutely pay it forward.
For those who would like to join us in person, Mass will be held on Wednesday, May 6th at 1:00 PM at Iglesia Santa María, 230 W. Galveston Street, Chandler, AZ. All are warmly welcome to come pay their respects and share a moment with our cousins and family.

Su cariño significa más de lo que las palabras pueden expresar.
Es muy emocionante y nos llena el corazón recibir tanto amor y apoyo de familiares, amigos, compañeros de equipo, papás, entrenadores, maestros, la comunidad de Real Salt Lake y RSL AZ, y tantísimas otras personas que se han arrimado con nosotros en estos momentos tan difíciles. Esto nunca se nos va a olvidar, y a su tiempo, lo vamos a regresar.
Para quienes gusten acompañarnos, la Misa se llevará a cabo el miércoles 6 de mayo a la 1:00 PM en la Iglesia Santa María, 230 W. Galveston Street, Chandler, AZ. Todos son bienvenidos a venir a despedirse y a saludar a mis primos y familia.
My cousins Ivan (14), Gio (19), and Christian (20) are facing an incredibly difficult time after the sudden and unexpected passing of their father, my uncle Ivan, just two days ago. The shock of losing a parent is overwhelming, and the financial stress that comes with such a loss only adds to the burden. I am starting this fundraiser to help ease some of that pressure so my cousins can focus on grieving and supporting each other.
Ivan is an elite soccer athlete finishing his 8th grade year, while Gio and Christian have both recently graduated high school and are stepping into adulthood. With their father's passing, they are now faced with covering funeral, memorial, and cremation costs, as well as managing everyday living expenses. The funds raised here will go directly toward these immediate needs, and any extra will help with rent, transportation, food, utilities, and education costs for my cousins as they navigate this new chapter in their lives.
Our family is so grateful for any and all support during this difficult time. Your kindness and generosity will make a real difference for Ivan, Gio, and Christian as they work through their grief and begin to rebuild.
