Life can change in an instant, and on Friday, January 24th, Isaiah received the call that no son should ever have to hear. His beloved father suffered a severe asthma attack that led to cardiac arrest, causing his heart to stop for 20 minutes. He was working on a job in Houston, Texas. Despite the doctors’ efforts, the prolonged lack of oxygen resulted in devastating brain damage and multiple seizures. He is now in a medically induced coma in a hospital in Houston and in the coming days, he will be taken off life support—honoring his wishes to live with dignity and integrity.

Isaiah’s father was more than just a provider—he was a devoted dad, a hardworking man, and a selfless soul who always put his family first. A true jack-of-all-trades, he never shied away from hard work, doing whatever it took to ensure that Isaiah and his brothers had everything they needed. Though Isaiah was his only biological son, he loved and helped raise Isaiah’s two other brothers as his own, never making a distinction between them. His love was unconditional, and his presence was a constant source of strength and guidance.

Now, as Isaiah faces the unimaginable pain of losing his father, we want to come together to support him in this difficult time. The financial burden of medical expenses, funeral costs, and other unforeseen expenses is overwhelming. Isaiah shouldn’t have to navigate this alone.
