One afternoon, the kids were playing in the backyard, and their grandmother stepped inside briefly to put something on the stove. When she returned, Isabella, Sayra’s daughter, was missing. The family searched desperately, and behind their house, there is a canal. Isabella was found with a slight pulse, but despite every effort, she sadly did not make it.

This tragedy has left our family heartbroken. We are doing everything we can to support Sayra and her children during this time, but the costs of laying Isabella to rest and providing for the family are overwhelming.
