Hi, my name is Gemma, and I am fundraising for beautiful Indie and her family.

On Christmas Eve, Briony and Josh received the most devastating news that no parent should ever have to hear. Their gorgeous little girl, Indie, has been diagnosed with leukaemia at just 3 years old. What began only last week as pain in her arm has since turned their world completely upside down.

Feeling completely helpless, I wanted to set up this page to offer some support to the family during this heartbreaking time. Indie’s treatment will begin in the next few days. She will need to remain in Bristol hospital for at least four weeks without being able to leave, followed by a treatment journey expected to last around two years.

This diagnosis has brought not only emotional strain but also financial pressure. Between the daily journeys to and from Bristol, long periods away from home, and the uncertainty around when Briony will be able to work as she is self-employed, the challenges are overwhelming. All of this while still being there for their other children, Chester and Bella, during such a difficult time for the whole family.

My hope is that by raising funds, we can help ease some of that financial burden, allowing Briony and Josh to focus entirely on Indie and her care, without the added worry of money.
