Support for Indi and her family

Hi everyone,

We’re reaching out on behalf of a much-loved school family who are currently navigating an incredibly challenging time.

Little Indiana — bright, kind, and full of life — has recently been admitted to hospital with a diagnosis of Rheumatic Heart Disease. Just days ago she was at school, and within 24 hours, found herself in the emergency department. It’s been a sudden and deeply stressful time for her parents, Amy, her partner William and their younger three children.

Indi is currently at Perth Children’s Hospital receiving the care she needs. She’s been incredibly brave, but the reality of hospital stays, uncertainty, travel, and time away from home has been a heavy emotional and financial burden on the family.

This family is not one to ask for help — in fact, they’ve always been the type to quietly do whatever it takes to get through. But as friends and fellow parents, we know this community has a big heart and a beautiful way of showing up when it matters most.

We’re raising funds to help ease the pressure of:

• Travel and parking costs for daily hospital visits

• Meals and essentials while away from home

• Support for their other young children during this time

• Any unexpected expenses as they adjust to this new journey with Indi’s health

Even the smallest contribution will help ease some of the day-to-day stress and allow this beautiful family to focus on what matters most: Indi’s recovery and being together.
