Support for Imani Johnson After Tragic Loss

With heavy hearts, we share the loss of my beloved grandson, Sebastian Alexander Parker Salley. Bastian was born on August 21, 2024, but tragically, his life never began as he was stillborn. In our time of grief, we are reaching out to seek help in covering the costs for his life services and burial.

Sebastian’s mother, my beautiful daughter Imani Johnson, endured an incredibly difficult experience, spending four days in the ICU, including one day in a medically induced coma with intubation as doctors worked diligently to save her life. While we are relieved and grateful that Imani is now awake and recovering, the medical bills are overwhelming.

During this heartbreaking time, we were able to have Bastian baptized in the hospital chapel, a moment that brought a measure of peace in the midst of our sorrow. Though we don’t understand why his life ended before it began, we trust in the Lord's plan. Our Father in heaven never promised we wouldn’t face trials, but He did promise to be with us in the midst of the storm, and we hold tightly to His word.

I’m not someone who asks for help easily, but I am humbling myself to seek support for my daughter and my dear grandson.
