I’m reaching out during the most heartbreaking chapter of my life. I am 33 years old, and just two months ago, I welcomed my beautiful baby girl into the world. What was supposed to be the happiest season of our lives has turned into something I never could have imagined.

On my birthday, the day that should have been filled with celebration and hope, my husband — my best friend, my partner, the father of our newborn — unexpectedly passed away from a tragic accident. The day I will forever remember as the moment my life changed in the most devastating way.

Now, I find myself navigating grief while trying to stay strong for a tiny baby who depend on me for everything. I am learning how to be both mother and father, how to balance sleepless nights with overwhelming sorrow, and how to rebuild a future that suddenly feels so uncertain.
