Dear Community members,
You may know Tommy, as a neighbor, friend, a classmate (Westfall 2000), or maybe you have worked with him in the past (Clifton Auto Parts, Coughlin Automotive, CTL Engineering).
Tommy has lived with a heart condition called Ventricular tachycardia. After a lengthy hospital stay, due to complications of the condition, it has been determined that treatment is no longer beneficial. Hospice care is being provided to aid in his comfort during these final days. Though insurance provides for some of the medical expenses, there are many costs that have/will lay a heavy burden on his family.
We have started a fundraiser to provide financial support for additional care needed and funeral expenses. Being unexpected, the family was not prepared for such expenses, and during this difficult time, we are reaching out to the community for help.
Goal: $6,500
Tommy is a son (to Sue and Tom Crabtree), a father, and a friend who touched the lives of those around him. He loved fishing and working on cars.
