My boyfriend was the victim of an unimaginable tragedy. In a shocking act of violence, he was shot twice by a relative, and in the same incident, he lost two beloved family members. The bullets struck his left shoulder and the left side of his jaw, breaking the bone and shattering most of his teeth. He now faces an upcoming surgery to reconstruct his jaw and begin the long process of healing, both physically and emotionally.

He is truly an amazing person—always putting a smile on everyone’s face and bringing light to those around him. No one deserves to endure the pain and trauma he is experiencing, especially someone as kind and caring as him. The road ahead will be challenging, but his strength and faith will help him persevere through this difficult time.
