On April 30th, Marquis and his two young daughters, aged 4 and 2, faced a life-altering event when their home was engulfed in flames. The fire was both terrifying and destructive, but by the grace of God, Marquis acted heroically to save himself and his precious girls. In the process, he suffered third-degree burns and severe lung damage, which left him hospitalized and in critical care. Tragically, their beloved dog, Major, perished.

Now, Marquis is on the path to healing, but the road ahead is challenging. He is unable to work for the next two months due to his injuries, and the family is grappling with mounting medical bills and daily living expenses.
