Our Mom, Sandy, was diagnosed the week of Christmas with lung cancer that has spread to her adrenal glands, lymph nodes, and ultimately her brain. Before her diagnosis, she endured months of unanswered pain and uncertain answers, often feeling dismissed and misunderstood by doctors. It was an incredibly difficult time, making her question herself and feel as though her pain wasn’t real or that she was seeking medication, when in reality, she was fighting a serious illness.

Now, as our family is already facing treatments, the road ahead is filled with doctor visits, medications, and ongoing care.

The emotional and financial toll has been overwhelming, but we are doing everything we can to support my mom and stay hopeful for her and what time she has left here with us. Every dollar raised will go directly toward her medical expenses, helping to ease the burden so we can focus on her comfort and well-being.
