"Hello friends, family, and kind strangers,

My name is Helen], and I’m reaching out today with a heavy heart to ask for help for my family. We are currently facing a series of overwhelming challenges that have brought us to a breaking point.

As many of you know, our family has been battling cancer. This journey has been exhausting—not just emotionally, but also financially. Despite having insurance, it simply doesn't cover several of the life-saving medications and treatments required for recovery.

Because we’ve had to prioritize medical costs and care, we have unfortunately fallen behind on our mortgage. Our home is the one place of stability for our two young children, and the thought of losing it adds a level of stress that is hard to describe.

To make matters even more difficult, our family car—which we rely on for every doctor's appointment and school run—has recently broken down and requires repairs we currently cannot afford.
