Support for Helen-It Takes A Village!

On Sunday April 14th, our dear friend Helen Griffin survived a devastating fire that destroyed her home and all of her possessions. 

As many of you know, she is the Manager and a Bartender at The Parkside Tavern in Pearl River, NY.   She was working the night before and was asleep when the fire broke out in her Condo complex.  By the grace of God, something inside her woke her up.  In typical Helen style, she helped neighbors get out before she left with just the clothes on her back.  This is our Helen- the kind, loving, amazing soul who would give the clothes off her back to help a fellow human being.  All of us who know her are blessed by it...she is truly a gift.

Let's show her how a village can take care of one of their own!  She will need funds for a multitude of things to help her rebuild.  We will start with a goal of 2500 but will increase to as much as we can to show our love for our friend Helen.  We are hoping to gather funds within the next few weeks to really give her a foundation to help her rebuild.
