Support for Surgery, Healing and Health

Hi friends and family. We were raised if we have the means we help. I love helping when we are able and put my heart into it. Unfortunately with my health I’m in a situation where I need help.

In March I got a massage like I normally would for a headache but this time when it was over my lumbar area was killing me. The pain was horrible and I could barely walk, or walk with a limp. I went to urgent care and they did an X-ray and said I have a dislocated disc. Two months fast forward I’m still hurting and went to the ER where they just gave me medicine to manage the pain. Visited ER again and again all they can do is an X-ray (which didn’t show anything broken) and manage pain.

With this hurt on my right leg, I was walking at work and twisted my ankle on my left leg. So I went to the specialist and got an MRI and while I was there got an MRI on my lumbar area. So I have a stress fracture on my tibia that is healing, had to wear a boot for a bit but also found out I have some spine issues.

I have a few herniated discs on my lower spine and I have a pocket of cysts. Right now the cysts are small and I just require yearly MRIs to ensure they stay small and don’t need a sample to check for cancer.

I asked the cause and 1. Genetics 2. My last pregnancy. I don’t know much about my Grandpa and Grandma Milich because they passed before I was born. So my body couldn’t handle the weight of my pregnancy and my body is inflamed, I’ve done a few blood tests and no changes. So my weight is not helping my lower spine. And with all other health issues I can’t seem to lose weight with medication and can’t move quick to exercise.

Praying and talking with Miguel I am going to have a weight loss surgery rather than trying epidural spinal injections 5x year. That’s my next option. But there are certain health conditions where insurance assists (diabetes, high blood pressure, etc) and mine isn’t one. So we will be paying out of pocket. Any help would be appreciated and if not I understand and would love prayers please. I just want to be healthy for my two littles.

My surgery is July 30th- not too invasive, 5 hours and I’ll be up during the procedure and able to go home the same day. It will be in Abq.
