The Rehn Family needs our support !!!

I am a friend of Hazels Mom Rebecca. We met a few years ago at a local Down Syndrome play date.  We became friends and our kids ended up at Leaps and Bounds so we would see each other often.  I was in awe - Rebecca seemed to handle the challenges her children faced with such acceptance and grace  

I am starting this go fund me because Hazel has been a fighter since before she was even born and I want to make sure her family can focus on her current fight. Hazel was diagnosed with Leukemia on 3/16. She started treatment immediately but things have not been smooth and she has been in the ICU since 4/16.  Rebecca is with her constantly while being pregnant and having a 3yr old son with Autism at home.  I can’t even imagine how hard this must be. Since Hazel has such complex medical needs ( cystic kidneys, a pace maker, hypertension as well as lung disease) Rebecca was not able to work and received income from in home support services.  This is to make sure Hazel could get her needs met at home by her mother and not need to be sent anywhere. The income Rebecca relied on was taken away suddenly because Hazel is in the hospital and not at home.  Now this family has a daughter literally fighting for her life and they are left wondering how will they make ends meet.  Hazel has a long road ahead of her but she is a fighter and has the best family ever so I know they will get through this
