Support for Hayley and Greg

Dear all,

Greg and Hayley have both been dear friends of mine since I've come to know them just a few years ago. They are tremendously kind and considerate people, having worked hard for the things they have and having given back to those they care about. Compassionate to a fault, you couldn't ask for better friends or neighbours. 

On September 14 2018, they tied the knot! Surrounded by friends and family, they were able to share their day with so many wonderful people. Being a young couple, they were hoping to soon move out into the world on their own terms, and planned on buying a home with the help of the generosity of their loved ones.

This is where the story takes an unfortunate turn. While they were on their honeymoon, their vehicle was broken into while parked outside a friend's house at some point between the night of the 21st and late morning on the 22nd. Normally this would have been a terrible incident in and of itself, however in addition to some sentimental belongings that were taken, all of Greg and Hayley's monetary weddings gifts were located in the car and were stolen as well. 

Needless to say, this has been devastating on the newlywed couple. They came home from some of the best days of their lives to this nightmare. This wasn't just their money, but money from their loved ones generously given to them to help them start their lives.

This money was intended to help Hayley and Greg build their new life together, put a down payment on a home, and start a family of their own. 

I know personally that they would not ask for help if they didn't feel they needed it, nor do I think that they would ask for help from those who have already so generously given to them. But this loss has been shocking and difficult for them. Any amount of help I can find would mean the world to them.

So that is what I am doing. I am asking for your help. Please help me give these two some form of relief from the loss I know they're feeling. Your support will be one of the most kind gifts they can receive right now. Even if your support is not in the form of a donation, a simple share on your social media or to your friends would be more than enough.
