Support for Hayden's ICU fight againt Pneumonia

On March 2nd, we found out Hayden has been diagnosed with severe Pneumonia and septic. She was careflighted to Covenant Children's Hospital in Lubbock, TX from her hometown of Midland.

Hayden turned 12 years old on the day of her diagnosis. She is currently being treated in the Intensive Care Unit and her treatment and prognosis with this horrible condition changes daily. After several unsuccessful chest tube attempts to drain the fluid around Hayden's lungs, it was determined that a lung bypass was needed to remove the damaged portion of her left lung. She is currently on an ECMO lung bypass machine and doctors are waiting for her lungs to get healthier to continue more treatment. Doctor's estimate Hayden could be in the hospital for many more weeks.

Contributions to this fund will go towards alleviating some of the costs Ethan and Erika face moving forward from a wide range of medical bills, missed work, and travel back and forth from the hospital. The financial burden this sudden diagnosis has brought on, is vast and unkown. Any amount you are able to give, whether financial or through prayer and well wishes, is incredibly appreciated.

A little bit more about our wonderful Hayden:

Hayden is 12 years old and brings so much joy and love to anyone who knows her. She is the best of friends with everyone she meets and has an unmatched bond with her twin sister, Cameron. She loves volleyball, school, her family, sister and friends, and her three pups at home. Words can't describe the love so many of us have for Hayden. Hayden is always competitive on the volleyball court and always fights for those points and never gives up. We know she will continue to fight in the hospital as well and won't stop until we can bring her home.
