Hello, my name is Brittney, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my mom to ask for some assistance. We are trying to raise funds to cover the cremation costs for my stepdad, Harvey Walker Maynard.

Harvey was born on March 12, 1964, in Williamson, Kentucky. He had a deep love for all things western and an even deeper love for God. Harvey was a fighter in every sense of the word; a cancer survivor whose battle brought him closer to his faith. For years, he devoted his time to driving the church bus, making sure everyone who wanted to worship could get there, including my children.

In 2024, Harvey endured another health battle, undergoing open heart surgery and living with an L-VAD device that pumped his heart for him. Even through these trials, his faith never wavered.

Unfortunately, when he became sick, Harvey was no longer eligible to sign up for life insurance. This has left my mom facing all the expenses on her own. We want to honor Harvey’s memory and give him the respectful farewell he deserves, but we can’t do it alone.

Any amount, even $1, would mean the world to our family. Your kindness and generosity will help us lay Harvey to rest.
