Supporting the Family of Harry — A Loving Husband, Father, and Friend

In January, our family experienced an unexpected and heartbreaking loss when Harry passed away. Harry and my sister were high school sweethearts who built a beautiful life together over 35 years of marriage. Their love story was one of loyalty, laughter, and unwavering partnership, and his absence has left a hole in the hearts of everyone who knew him.

Harry was a devoted husband and a proud father who always put his family first. He had a way of making people feel welcome and valued, and his kindness and cheerful spirit touched so many lives. Whether you knew him for years or only met him once, you likely remember his smile and the easy way he connected with everyone around him.

One of the things Harry was most excited about was becoming a grandfather. His oldest daughter is expecting a baby in May, and he was so looking forward to meeting his grandchild and stepping into this new chapter of life. While it breaks our hearts that he won’t be there to hold that baby, we know his love will always be part of their family’s story.

He was also a passionate sports fan who loved cheering on his teams — especially the Miami Dolphins and the Hurricanes. Game days were always full of excitement, friendly debate, and plenty of laughter. Harry had a gift for bringing people together and finding joy in the little moments.

Because his passing was so sudden, my sister and her family are now facing unexpected medical bills along with the everyday expenses that come with rebuilding life after such a loss. We are starting this fundraiser to help ease that financial burden so they can focus on healing and supporting one another during this incredibly difficult time.
