My sister, Hannah, was in critical condition after falling from a significant height while on a hike with her fiancé, Connor, at Acadia National Park in Maine. The fall caused traumatic, life-changing injuries to her entire body before she ended up unconscious in the water below. She was rescued and brought to shore by Connor, who continued making crucial decisions to save her life. The area she fell into was extremely difficult to navigate due to the woods, the rocky shore, and the rough waters. The severity of the situation required immediate attention, and the Coast Guard was one of the first services to provide aid, but evacuating her from the area was going to be challenging. To safely evacuate her, they transported her from two different boats to an ambulance before she was flown by helicopter to the hospital, where she is now facing a long road to recovery.

She is in stable condition, away from home and unable to work, as she focuses on healing from this life-altering incident. Unfortunately, she has been left with the worry of covering the cost of medical bills and living expenses, and she can use all the help she can get. She is surrounded by love and support, but she now has to make many adjustments in her life.

The funds raised through this campaign will go toward helping Hannah pay her medical bills, support her living expenses, and provide her with anything else she needs to make her journey easier. Every contribution, no matter the size, will allow her to focus on getting better and being with her family.
