Support for Gustavo Mendez and Family

Dear Friends and Families,

We are reaching out to you on behalf of our friend and colleague, Gustavo Mendez, a devoted husband, father of 4 amazing girls and long time coating technician.

In the start of December this year, Gustavo and his family were confronted with terrible news. After falling ill working in Africa, Gustavo has been diagnosed with two brain tumors. He is currently awaiting further treatment at MD Anderson in Houston, TX.

Facing this difficult challenge, the Mendez family will be navigating an emotional turmoil, but are also looking ahead of a substantial financial strain in the upcoming year as Gustavo is unable to work at this time. The costs associated with specialized medical care, travel, lodging, and other unforeseen expenses are going to take a financial toll on this family.

We are putting this gofundme account together in order to relieve the financial burden on this family and to ensure Gustavo receives the necessary medical treatment.
