Gus Johnson, on Tuesday, June 20th unexpectedly ended up in the ER due to a Stroke which led to a massive brain bleed. Gus was an extremely hard worker & always went out of his way to help everyone else.
Gus had a difficult couple past years after undergoing Open Heart Surgery. After he got his feet back on the ground, he started up a tree removal company outside of Madison, WI, where he lived with his girlfriend, Demi.
On June 23, 2017, at the young age of 33, Gus lost his life. Beyond the great sadness we all face, we find comfort knowing he was able to give the ultimate gift to others, the gift of life.
We are asking for help to support Gus's family with the largely unexpected expenses of saying goodbye. Any donation would be extremely helpful to his family.
His Calling hours are Thursday, June 29 from 5pm-7pm at Brunner Funeral Home in Mentor, OH.
Memorial Mass is Friday, June 30th, at 11:00am at St. Mary of the Assumption Church in Mentor, OH.
