I’m reaching out because I’m facing a difficult time right now. Despite putting in effort every day to find steady work and doing gig jobs whenever I can, the economy has made things really tough. Gig work is unpredictable, and I haven’t been able to earn enough to cover my basic needs like food and other essentials. Things are especially difficult as a 40-something trans woman in this incredibly hostile political environment where trans women in particular are being scapegoated for the country’s problems. It’s been a challenge to keep up with daily expenses, and I’m doing everything I can to get back on my feet.

The support from this fundraiser will help me cover groceries, transportation, and essential household items. It will also give me a bit of a financial cushion so I can focus on pursuing job opportunities and stabilizing my situation. Every bit of help will make a real difference and bring me closer to a more secure and hopeful future.
