Support for Grandmother Battling Lung Cancer

Hi all, I was just diagnosed with Stage 4 Small Cell Lung Cancer that has spread ro my lungs. I started chemo today. I have to take carr of my 2 grandchildren age 12 and 13 and they are my whole life. I was told I can no longer work, which is going to make things hard. I'm hoping to get some help from anyone and everyone, God Bless you all
