On February 18th, 2026, my grandmother passed away—a day we knew would come, but much sooner than we expected. She was a woman of strength and great character, the pillar of our family who always reminded us of the importance of being together. My grandmother was always taking care of others, never allowing anyone to take care of her. Knowing her, she would have told me not to do this and that we'd figure something else out, but now that she is at rest, I hope she can let us care for her with your help.

All funds raised will go directly to my grandfather to help cover funeral and memorial expenses. I started this GoFundMe to help alleviate some of the weight off my grandpa's shoulders, as I worry he might overwork himself in these difficult times. It was a true privilege to know someone like my grandma. She always prioritized her family and, in her own way, was always there for us—no matter the distance. She taught me the importance of family, self-respect, creativity, and a love of nature. These are just a few of the things that made my grandma the pillar she was, and I hope you can feel her presence and love the way I do, even now.
