My sweet friends and family,

 Grandma Pat was my world,

my life , my light, my best friend. Through the years of taking Grandma everywhere with mom and I, she became “everyone’s” Grandma. She revolved her world around raising me since I was a little girl and I knew my heart was called to care for her as she would become older. We shared so many core memories together, so many adventures, endless laughs,endless (happy) tears , so many hugs and kisses . she gave us such a beautiful life to that I will never forget. This has been one of the most heartbreaking and hardest moments in my life to lose my Grandma I felt like I lost a piece of myself. But I gather myself together and remember this life and how lucky I was to be able to have Grandma through all of it. 

We asked Grandma what her wishes would be and what she wanted when it would be her time to go with god one day and it was for her to be laid and at peace next to my late Grandpa Francisco Medina in the Philippines. As we plan for a beautiful ceremony and mass she deserves here, we will then need to plan another funeral in Philippines. Mom and I are the only ones here in the U.S. to help and provide for over there in which the costs have exceeded to what we are able to afford at this moment .

I am asking if you can help us pave her way back home and give Grandma her final farewell to where it all began .

Thank you all for the endless amount of prayers , kindness , and love you have shown us through this time. We are forever grateful for each and every one  who have gathered with us through these days to pray for her. Grandma was a light and she will continue to shine and guide us through it all.
